Based in Massachusetts, Spectrum’s continuum of addiction treatment includes inpatient detoxification, clinical stabilization services, residential rehabilitation, outpatient services, medication-assisted treatment and peer recovery support. Our full range of services allows clients the opportunity to transition to another Spectrum program and receive ongoing support as their recovery progresses.

Spectrum’s Adolescent Division was established thirty years ago to address the needs of at-risk youth with histories of substance abuse and delinquency. Over the years, Spectrum has provided a continuum of adolescent services funded by the Massachusetts Department of Youth Services, ranging from community-based day programs to fully secure residential treatment.

Spectrum has numerous contracts throughout the country to provide specialized programming for criminal offenders, including in-prison treatment and community-based programs. Our highly effective programs teach offenders the skills needed to achieve a law abiding life, free from drugs and crime. Numerous studies have demonstrated the success of Spectrum’s approach in reducing relapse and recidivism.
