Open 24/7, Spectrum’s Central Admissions Building provides a single point of entry for individuals seeking treatment across a range of care levels, including inpatient detox, clinical stabilization, residential treatment, and outpatient services. The onsite call center serves as a hub for all incoming inquiries, from individuals seeking help to family members looking for resources. Triage rooms offer a safe, comfortable space for individuals who may arrive too impaired to complete the admissions process. These rooms are equipped with advanced treatment chairs that can recline into beds, allowing staff to monitor patients closely as they prepare for treatment. Family members and friends are invited to accompany their loved one during the admission process. Transportation is then provided to individuals being admitted to one of Spectrum’s programs
