Same-day admission and walk-in access to medication for substance use disorders are currently available at our Framingham and Pleasant Street, Worcester locations.
These programs offer on-demand treatment utilizing a “hub and spoke” model of care. Spectrum’s outpatient treatment center serves as the intake hub, providing immediate access to buprenorphine, methadone, or naltrexone treatment, along with mental health and recovery support navigator services for individuals with opioid use and/or stimulant use disorders. Once stabilized, clients are transitioned to another community provider (“spokes”) for continuing treatment closer to home.
