Earl Warren, MBA joined Spectrum in 1998 and has held numerous positions since then, most recently serving as Spectrum’s State Director in Massachusetts for twelve years, before being promoted to Vice President of Correctional Services in 2022. Mr. Warren is a seasoned correctional behavioral health administrator with more than 24 years’ experience managing multi-site treatment programs for the Massachusetts Department of Correction. He has developed, implemented, and managed a wide range of residential and non-residential treatment programs, offender reentry programs, and high-risk offender treatment programs. In 2021, he was the recipient of the Professional Excellence Award by the Massachusetts Department of Correction for his dedication and professionalism that characterizes exemplary performance.
Mr. Warren has taught counselor education courses at Worcester State University and is currently an instructor at Mount Wachusett Community College. He is a member of the American Correctional Association’s Substance Use Disorder Committee and the International Correctional and Prison Association’s Research and Development Committee. In addition, he is a frequent presenter at national conferences on the topics of substance use disorders, medication for opioid use disorders, and program design. He also serves as the Chair of Spectrum’s Institutional Review Board. Mr. Warren holds a Master of Business Administration and will soon be receiving his Doctor of Management in Organizational Leadership.
