Spectrum Health Systems, Inc. announces the appointment of Susan Moitozo to the position of Associate Vice President of Clinical Services. Under the direction of Peter Paolantonio, Vice President of Clinical Services, Ms. Moitozo will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of clinical services throughout the organization, including behavioral healthcare, correctional treatment and adolescent programming.

“Susan brings a wealth of clinical and management experience to her new role,” said Peter Paolantonio, Vice President of Clinical Services. “Her leadership and training skills will be especially beneficial in our efforts to expand services and enhance programming across the organization.”

Prior to her appointment, Ms. Moitozo served as Spectrum’s State Director in Massachusetts for eight years, overseeing an array of residential, non-residential and aftercare programming for male and female inmates under contract to the Massachusetts Department of Correction.

Paula Boisseau, former Operations Manager for Spectrum, was promoted to State Director. In this position, she will assume oversight responsibility for Spectrum’s correctional treatment programs in Massachusetts.
